Sandhurst Town Boys and Girls FC run two tournaments each year. One is our Pre-Season ‘Lewis Marsh Tournament’ – LMT - (playing the same rules and team sizes for the forthcoming season). The LMT typically takes place the last week in August or the first week in September and is an ideal ‘warm up’ for all clubs.

This charity tournament is in memory of Lewis Marsh, a Sandhurst player, who sadly died from an undetected heart Problem at the tender age of 14. As a club we donate money from this tournament direct to a charitable fund called CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young).

As a club we’re committed to this fund and to date Sandhurst Town Boys and Girls FC has contributed over £45,000. We also arrange for testing of young people at the tournament to help prevent future tragedies and raise awareness in the community. For more information visit

Our other tournament is the End of Season 5/7 aside tournament which is a chance to wind down and hopefully celebrate the season just finished. This tournament is typically in the middle of May.

Both tournaments are run over two days at the weekend and require a lot of preparation and hard work.  We rely on the help from all our team managers, coaches and parents who are all volunteers.
